We want you to love the scent of your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused and unlit candles in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your unlit candles in their original box with protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
